Here it is! The book cover for my newest novel, the second book in my Zephyr Stone middle grade supernatural mystery series: Zephyr Stone and the Haunted Beach House. I am thrilled with the way artist Laura Hollingsworth caught the “spirit” of the book, and love how cover designer Cassie Torgent linked it to the design of the first book’s cover while giving it qualities unique to itself.
I am still basking in the glow of the official Cover Reveal on August 23rd.
To REVEAL the cover of a new book is the first step in launching the work into the world. It is an affirmation that lifts the author’s work from premise to promise, from promise to presence. And, so, with the revelation of my latest book cover, I feel the forward motion drawing me and my readers closer to the birth of a new novel, releasing from Blue Ink Press October 25, 2022.
